Our Story

About USTECH Innovations

Founded in 2023, USTECH Innovations LLC was created to address a critical challenge: providing high-performance, robust, and cost-effective spectroscopy solutions directly inside fast-moving industrial lines.

Traditional laboratory instrumentation requires extraction, transport, and chemicals, causing hours of delay. By utilizing advanced FT-NIR spectroscopy combined with our proprietary calibration models and software ecosystem, we deliver analytical solutions that give operators composition details in seconds.

Our headquarters in Sheridan, Wyoming manages global calibration development, software design (caliX and ProChem platforms), and systems integration, serving processing plants worldwide.

Our Purpose

Our Vision

USTECH Innovations envisions a fully digitized, zero-waste future for global manufacturing. By embedding high-precision FT-NIR process analyzers directly into production lines and combining them with intelligent calibration models, we seek to replace slow, chemistry-heavy laboratory audits with instant, autonomous process control.

We bridge the gap between abstract optical science and the daily operational realities of factories, allowing processors to achieve closed-loop automated control over critical parameters such as moisture, fat, protein, and chemical conversions.

2023

Company Foundation

USTECH Innovations was incorporated in Sheridan, WY. Began developing compact FT-NIR analyzer platforms and proprietary calibration methodologies to bring laboratory-grade composition analysis directly to the production line.

2024

Product Portfolio Launch & caliX Beta

Launched the portable at-line USTECH MasterLine and inline ProLine17ES analyzers. Introduced the beta version of the caliX calibration suite, enabling clients to leverage AutoML algorithms for complex regression calibrations.

2025

OPC UA Integration & Global Expansion

Released ProChem process control software with native OPC UA interfaces, enabling closed-loop dosing valves to control fat and moisture levels. Expanded sales offices and partner networks to Europe and Asia.

2026

Advanced Calibration Portability

Achieved calibration transfer portability metrics below standard deviations of wet chemistry references, eliminating site-to-site recalibration overhead across processing plants.

Scientific Innovation

R&D Heritage & Labs

USTECH Innovations' core intellectual property lies in advanced NIR calibration science and process software integration. Our R&D headquarters hosts state-of-the-art testing laboratories where we perform chemical reference analysis, environmental stress simulation, and high-resolution optical testing.

By combining physical reference chemistry (Kjeldahl digestion, Soxhlet extraction, polarimetric starch testing) with our FT-NIR analyzers, we compile the extensive spectral database that feeds our caliX AutoML calibrations. We routinely share advancements in calibration portability and process integration through industry publications.
