Incoming Milk Fat and Total Solids Grading at Receiving Docks

Grade raw milk tanker deliveries instantly and standardise intake value parameters.

The Value of Milk Solids Grading

Milk pricing is based on the weight of fat and total protein solids rather than volume. Milk receiving docks must quickly analyze milk tankers before unloading to confirm milk values, identify dilution, and detect structural water adulteration. Standard dairy laboratory wet chemical testing is too slow to support truck turnaround times.

Rapid Tanker Transmission Scans

Using a USTECH at-line transmission cell, operators draw a 50ml sample from the milk tanker manifold and obtain results in 20 seconds. The system calculates fat, protein, lactose, total solids, and freezing point depression, verifying quality standards before pump-out.
